What Medication Is Suggested For Air Cell Disease And Sphenoid Sinus Disease?

My MRI shows that I have the right mastoid air cell disease and Sphenoid sinus disease. I have been on antiibotics foor the past six weeks. My hear seems to be better for the time being. A CT on my sinuses will be friday. I have been told that this could be very series. I am one that do not have bad problem in this area._please look over my typing errors for one I meant to type ear instead of hear up above. There is more but not going into it. Thank you.
