I noticed an aching in my leg after wearing knee high stockings to work one day. It has been 2 weeks and still is aching. I m worried that I might have a blood clot but I don t see any bruising or noticeable swelling. I am 27 yrs and in good shape, but I am a smoker

I suggest you make an echo doppler to see if you have any problems. Wearing tight socks disturbs proper blood circulation in your legs and feet. Maybe this is the reason for your pain.
