What Medication Is Suggested For Swollen Testicles?

My husband 58 years old has swollen testicles size of lg coconut md sais cystoceles or spermatoceles but had a vasectomy in 1990
He is walking off balance and they hurt him he is denying a problem thinks they are great enlarged
What sx would he need to relieve this alo color purple and got larger

Enlargement of the testicles may be due to following reasons.
1 Hydrocoele in this condition fluid accumulated in the membrane of scrotum so they enlarge .
Only option is tapping ( removal of fluid by a doctor).
2 Epididmo-orchitis this is infection of testis so consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
3 Tumor or carcinoma of testis may be the next reason , so consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
In my opinion this type of swelling is usually due to hydrocoele and this is a bothersome problem but not a life threatening condition.
So consult a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination is important.
