You seem to have an acute respiratory infection along with an effusion of the ear you can do these:
-continue your anti biotics. And complete the course as advised. It will definitely help you if you have infection. Furthermore since you have already started the course it is advisable to finish the same
-take an antihistamine like levocetrizine in consultation with your doctor
-do steam inhalation with menthol at least three times in a day for a week or so
-swallow against a closed mouth and nose to better the ear pressure
If you do not get better in a week then take a CT PNS and audiometry test along with PTA and impedance and get back to me or any ENT with the report
