Hi Ranjan,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. Your blood sugar levels have shot up. You need to seek medical care asap. You may feel thirsty, confused and breathless. Please eat right and take your medications as prescribed by your doctor without skipping them. High blood sugar levels are equally dangerous as low blood sugar levels. Good luck and take care.
since u are a proven diabetic anytime u will leave medication the sugar will rise depending on your medicine control before u left them...moreover its not always necessary that u get symptoms if u are not controlled.symptoms appear when it is too much of excess .so all u need to do is get back to your routine diabetic lifestyle of diet& exercise .start taking ur medicines as earlier.....then get your PPblood sugar done four days later and then consult ur doctor
