What Medicine Can I Take To Conceive? What Is Best Time Of Ovulation?
Sir, i had been married since last three years, i am working abroad away from family and after marriage i stay with my wife for 7 months but she could not consive. After my semen analysis all reports are good except low motility which is 35%. Now i had brought my wife with me and she will stay with me for 9 months. Please advice me any medicine or way so she can consive within this period. and my wife is getting period late by 6-8 days every month so what will be the best time of ovalution. please help sir.

Since you have very little time together, it is better to consult an infertility specialist for advice instead of wasting precious time trying for natural conception. Ovulation usually occurs 14 days prior to the next cycle. So, if your wife has 36 days cycle, she is likely to ovulate around the 22nd day after the first day of the previous cycle. You may need treatment to improve the motility. Wish you good health.

The semen analysis report you mentioned must be old report.
So, I would suggest you to get semen analysis done after abstinence of 3 days.
Also, as your wife gets periods late, so she might be having PCOS, so you should get her also evaluated.
You should consult a fertility specialist and both of you should be evaluated.
Depending on the results, they will guide you for further treatment options available.
