In homoeopathy medicine which show good result in varicocele are 1. Hammamelis 30 and 2. Pulsatilla 30 - use 4 drops each 3 times daily for three months. During acute pain use Belladonna 200 - 2 drops 2 hourly.

A varicocele is enlargement of the veins in your scrotum around your testis. Due to nerve compression there is pain and also increased risk of infertility because the heat produced by these veins can destroy the cells in your testis. Kindly get an Ultrasound of your abdomen to find out the cause, it could be cured if the cause is well documented.
