Weakness can be attributed to many reason. It can also be just an outlook. But to check it you have to have balanced diet with milk and milk products, vegetables fruits and nuts. Keep raisins and almonds with you and have them 5 to 10 daily early morning with milk. Even otherwise when you feel debility you can chew them.
