What Medicine Should Be Given For Vomiting In A 2 Yr Old Child And How To Improve Her Appetite?

My 21 months old daughter is suffering from vomiting problem, at least 3 or 4 times a day. Doctor has recommended her Emigo medicine bt still no change n frm past 5 days she has been suffering from fever 100 degree wch come n goes on n off ( medicine prescribed Crocin drops ). Her weight is 11.5kg though she is active thru out the day.

Secondly she is very choosy abt food. Please help regarding the medication for vomiting and to how to improve her appetite.

child is suffering since how long? if there is reduced appetite or wight loss or no weigt gain ? associated fever could be due to dehydration or it may be some stomach infection.it could be viral or bacterial infection.you need to consult the child specialist and get few blood tests done.meanwhile syrup paracetamol,syp.ondencetron and ORS can be given.
