What Medicine To Take For Chronic Rhinitis?

I'm suffering from chronic allergic rhinitis and its wreaking havoc!I'm having my exams and i just can't concentrate with the cold and sneezing and headaches.I live in Bangalore,India and want to know if there are any tablets that could give me relief..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Chronic Rhinitis can occur due to few causes like Allergies, post nasal drip,sinusitis, nasal inflammation etc..
I would suggest you to take decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, mucolytics like Ambroxyl, anti-allergics like benadyl and also do saline nasal irrigations and steroid nasal sprays..
You can also do steam inhalations and avoid spicy and chilled foods..
In case if you have any known allergies you should avoid exposure to the allergens..
Keep away from dust and pollutants..
