Hello I understand your concern as these all symptoms ( running nose, blockage of nose , post nasal discharge, tears in eyes , itching over face, common cold) may be due asthmatic allergic bronchitis . Predisposing factors are mite, dust , mold , pollen , sudden fall & rise of temperature , fine dusting powder , humidity , smokes . All these symptoms are due to broonchoconstriction . Usually there develops whistling sound also present and difficulty in breathing is very common. If possible try to avoid these factors. When such patient visit I usually prescribe them monteleukast+bambuterol tablet twice in day till complete relief or depending upon the severity of allergy. But for your little one salbutamol + chlorampheniramin maleat syrup is the best drug. Hot coffee also help. Good luck.
