What Medicine To Use For Constipation And Blood In Stool?

Hi Doctor, thanks for your time.I have been having trouble with hemorrhoids for the last few months.
I have been staying really constipated and there has been some blood on the feces and I even see some
on my toilet paper after I wipe.I can feel my hemorrhoids "poke out" after a bowel movement.I was afraid that I had cancer a few months ago, so I had a CBC done and everything came back normal with no anemia.My potassium was a little low, though.I have lost a lot of weight and can't seem to gain any weight no matter how much I eat.Over the last few weeks I have been noticing green mucus on my stool and little streaks of blood that looks like it came from a hemorrhoids.The blood is bright red.I don't get a lot of fiber in my diet and I take medication that might help to constipate me.
I'm scared that I have cancer.I have no insurance and I would like some advice.Thank you!

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most common cause of hemorrhoid is constipation, I actually treat such cases with, conservative management first and then surgery, in most of the cases conservative management gives good result, and that is, drinking more water, fiber diet, regular habit of toilet even does not have such feeling, do no exert the force, in medicine policresulen cream, sitz bath, and some stool softener (Isabgol) , take care and have nice day.
