What Might Be The Cause Of Prolonging Pain In My Upper Chest Muscle?
I am Kiran, 26 years old and a medium built guy. I usually go to gym for 3 - 4 months and give break for 6 months. i am doing this since 4 years. I got married last May-2013 and started my Gymming again on Sept-13. On November 1st week i did heavy workouts on chest, it started paining that day and gradually went off after a week. but after3 weeks. ie December 1st week i started getting pain on left side of my chest. it is next to my upper arm pit and just below shoulder. when i checked with my trainer he said usually muscle pain after workout will last for 3 to 4 days. and since i was having this pain even a month after workout he asked me to consult a physician. He also suggested me one Stretching excercise for chest muscles alone ie by keeping my both hands wide on any door opening at 90 degree ie in half rectangle shape and pushing/stretching myself inside so that my left and right chest will be stretch apart. Whenever i feel the pain i do this stretching exercise and it goes off. But it comes back again in the next morning. What could be the reason for this and should i get it get it checked? If yes. which hospital should i go to. And i will be very thankful, greatful if you can suggest me any particular hospital and doctor name.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that this could be muscular pain and may be due to pulled muscle and this may be happened because of the poor posture and movement, better to have a rest for few days, and try Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen twice in day, and stop worrying about this it would be fine soon, have a nice day.
