What Might Be Wrong Having Severe Anxiety, Bad Headache, Choking While Breathing And Nervousness?

I am having what feels like severe anxiety. I have had chest pains, bad headaches on my right side, a choking feeling like I can't breathe, and just this very anxious, jittery, nervous-like feeling. I am also having a hard time focusing my mind. I can't seem to concentrate, can't follow through with a thought, and I just feel nervous and anxious. I am also sleeping VERY lightly and once I wake up for any reason, I can't seem to go back to sleep.

Hi,
It seem that you may be having anxiety neurosis. There may be depression with anxiety. And that is why you feel nervousness, difficulty in concentration in any work. You can not focus to any particular thing. There my be thought disturbances. You consult psychiatrist for perfect diagnosis and treatment. You may go for psychotherapy. Anxiolytic drugs like fluoxetin may improve your disease. And you also have to try to normalise your psychology by meditation, exercise and good relations with other people. Never remain under stress and anxiety. Have faith in yourself. Be positive to any thing. Have good diet and proper sleep. Do the work of your interest. World is wonderful and life may become interesting with your good efforts. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
