What Might The Lumps In The Throat Be Having Difficulty In Swallowing And The Numbness In Hands?

Hello , I have noticed I have been having difficulty in swallowing due to feeling like I am swallowing a ball or feel like air is stuck in my throat. This feeling started a month ago and I went into a clinic to check my throat. The clincian stated to see a gastro. specialist but this feeling went away when I took acid pain relieving medication over the counter. Now I am currently noticing this feeling is back in my throat and have noticed I have 2 small bumps behind my ears and now a jelly-like bump an inch bellow on the side of my neck. All of these bumps under my skin in my neck are on my right side. I am also having an issue with not being able to have feeling in my left hand. My hand has been numb since the day after thanksgiving and has random prickly like feeling in it from time to time. I am a 24 year old, white-caucasian female.

Hello,

Lump in throat as well as difficulty in swallowing may be due to-Ear infection or tonsillitis.

Pericoronitis due to impacted wisdom tooth can also lead into such infection.

I would advice you to visit a dentist and get a thorough clinical evaluation done.

Complete course of antibiotics-analgesics has to be administered to relieve pain.

Hope this helps.
