hello! Doctor ji, I am 63 yrs old diabetic for 10 yrs under control on tab. gloformin xl 500mg . I am active and play shuttle for more than one hour average a day in the morning. In March, diagnosed in my routine ECG as sinus Rhythm, Left Axis Deviation recently this year diagnosed further suspect Left Anterior Hemi block. Please help out .
I recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to examine your heart function and structure. Do you suffer from high blood pressures? Do you have shortness of breath? If you have shortness of breath during physical exertion, I would recommend performing an exercise cardiac stress test. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
