What Other Antibiotics To Take After Ciprofloxacin, Augmentin Caused Low CRP Levels?

I had a psa of 50 with crp of 51 went on to augmentin it dropped to 30 then went on to ciprofloxacin for 5 weeks it dropped to 6. I'm 58 years and healthy otherwise but I'm worried. What other antibiotics can I take because I read somewhere that its mismanagement to take one antibiotic.Many thanks.
