Hi my mother have disc slip in lumber sacral region.It take medicines from last 2 years in the medicine a tablet tonoflex P (tramadol hcl +paracetamol) in past time this medicine was not show any side effect or adverse effect.Now a days its effect on heart after it take my mother said that heart beat problems and vomiting conditions. When ita not take then normal..my mother age is 54year and also have stomach problem..So plz suggest an alternate medicine of tramadol hcl. To take and give pain relive.
