What Precaution Should Be Taken To Avoid Breast Cancer ?
i am 26 yrs old ,i had normal deliveries so plz kindly suggest me some pill,my height is 5/4 ,my weight is 115 kg and we have a bad history of harmones because my grand mother had breast cancer and my aunt had breast cancer ,so thats y i need a precaution pill that does not contain harmones

There is no medicine for prevention of pregnancy without hormones.
If you do not want to use oral contraceptive then go for safe period but this is also not safe.there isalways chance of pregnancy is there.
