What Precautions A Child Should Take After Been Diagnosed With Adenoid Problem?
hi doctor,my son is 6yrs old and he is diagnosis ADENOIDS PROBLEM at the age of 4.frequently on and off cold and running nose.now as he is growing i just wanted to know ,in this situation what DIET & WEATHER precautions to be taken.thanks pls help me out.

We cannot make predictions on adenoids problem, but they are usually triggered by infections and cold weather. I recommend avoiding allergy reactions, maybe take Montelucast against allergies and perform regular tests for strep infection. Aerosols with steroids can help in case of difficulty in breathing.
