so me and my guy, we were fooling around and i only had my panties on he was naked, and his pre cum or ejaculatory semen whatever landed on me and we decided to cool it down a little, then things became intense so i went naked also, he rubbed his penis on me all over my vulva, his penis felt dry but i was wondering if the sperms were dead or alive and if i can get pregnant if they were still alive and if i should take a morning after-pill for precautionary measure. we are both virgins and we decided to try orals for the first time that night too, my throat feels weird should i be worried

I understand your concern.
Having non-penetrative sex by rubbing penis against vulva does carry a risk for pregnancy as pre-ejaculate fluid also contains live and motile sperms but its chances are very remote.
It would be advisable to take morning after-pill to be on the safer side if this act has been performed during your fertile period.
Otherwise, you can wait and if you get your periods in time, then it says that you are not pregnant.
Some of them might feel weird after performing oral sex first few times because of the taste of ejaculatory fluid. You can overcome it by salt water gargling and using mouthwash solution for the next few days.
