What Precautions Needs To Be Taken After Oral Sex?

I had receptive, protected oral sex a week ago. Also brief fingering after which I may have touched my penis but I cannot be sure. No sex. No oral sex without condom. I am now looking for symptoms and feeling very scared. I had a stomach bug a couple of days ago which now seems to be improving - no diarrhea. Have a dry cough which started yesterday. I am very very worried. Please help.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi dear,
you did protected oral sex and after that you have complain of stomach bug sensation and also it is improving. not to worry about it.it is mostly due to anxiety features because of your anxiety towards STD infections.
you did not do any sex means intercourse. so there are no chances of STD infections.
so don't worry and enjoy.
if still anxiety features are there consult psychiatrist for detail counselling.
Thank you.
