What Precautions Should Be Taken After A Sudden Decrease In The BP Level?

My mate just had an episode of very low blood pressure: 83/45. He was sweating profusely and did not respond to my questions for about 5 minutes. I called an ambulance and they did check him. They recommended that he go to the ER but he has chosen to stay home. he is resting, now. What should I watch for and should he make an appointment with his DR YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

This hypotension which is low blood pressure which starts from 100/50. This will cause low of energy, dizzness. It's not known. this can be cause due to bleeding and bradycardia. Treatment is IV fluids to increase blood pressure.
