Hi,Mandakini ji,
Thanks for query,
Nothing to worry, doing routine house hold work is good exercise and there is no harm doing work.
She should avoid hard and straneous work like weight lifting, more bending.
House work will keep her mind busy and so unwanted thoughts may not come.
Yes, she is weak and has a bit low weight.
Give her high nourishing diet and multi vitamin supplements.
Ok and bye.

Psychiatrist Dr. Alok Ranjan's  Response
WORK AND HARD PHYSICAL LABOUR ARE DIFFERENT EXTREME.GENERALLY PEOPLE MIX UP BOTH THINGS,

HOUSE HOLD WORK GENERALLY ARE NOT STERNOUS,AND AS A REHABILATORY TOOL SHOULD BE DONE BY RECOVERED PATIENTS,BUT NOT TO THE EXTREME WHERE IT BECOMES HARD LABOUR,HARD LABOUR WORK ARE HIGH ENERGY DEMANDING ,LIKE GYM EXERCISES ,CARRYING HEAVY OBJECTS.

EVEN IN FULLY RECOVERED CHRONIC DISEASES CAUTION IS MUST DUE TO TENDENDENCY TO MANIFEST AGAIN ,ALSO BODY IMMUNE SYSTEM GENERALLY BECOMES LOW DURING TREATMENT OF CANCER DUE TO SERIOUS EFFECTS OF CHEMOTHERAPY.

SO,ALLOW HER LITTLE WORK TO KEEP HER SELF FIT AND INDEPENDENT,AVOID LOAD ON HER.

AS YOU TOLD 5 0R 6 MEMBERS IN FAMILY THEY MUST COOPERATE WITH HER ,THEY CAN SERVE FOOD BY OWN.
