General & Family Physician 's  Response
I appreciate your concern about the gall stone.
Incomplete date, like body weight, etc.
Most gallstones do not cause any symptoms (so-called ‘silent’ stones), and generally do not require any treatment. However, gallstones in the gallbladder that cause recurrent episodes of abdominal pain (known as biliary colic) usually require treatment.
‘Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy’ is the preferred operation done through small openings in the abdomen to remove the gall bladder with stones.
Take care.
