What Precautions Should Be Taken Post Anal Skin Tag Removal?

On Thursday I had an anal skin tag removed which was near my recently healed fissure. It s still bleeding. I got no instructions on after care dos and donts. After a bowel movement I have been taking a shower instead of wiping as it bleeds. I have also been taking a bath with Epsom salts then a shower. What do you recommend?

maintain hygine andsanitationshould have received dos and don't. even can ask for it now. take cremafin at bedtime.take sitz bath-and applyproctosedyl ointment per anum.take advise for what ever you can do at home and by your yourself apply some antiseptic lotion and anal dilatation can be done.
