What Precautions To Be Taken To Completely Cure Acne?
Hello sir,My self pavan from bangalore. I am suferring from Acne past 5 years and they are recurring. When i am consulted a allopathic dermatologist he suggested creams and tabs but until i used it wil be good or else it will restart. Recently i went a homeopathic clinic. The following points he told 1. My problem would be due to stress/diet/skin nature ( i hv oily skin 2. Due to usage of allopathic drugs, skin wil get sensitize more (is it right?)3. He can cure it but it will take 2-3 years. 4. The last is their charges are not affordable (18 thousands/year)Kindly let me know wht type care i can take interms of DIET/Nutritional aspects Any best medication to stop it.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne since 5 years which could be due to allergic reaction, increased sensitivity of skin, hormonal changes in body and dehydration and clogging of skin pores. I would suggest you to take an oral antibiotic either Doxycycline or Azithromycin for 2- 3 weeks. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove dead skinYou should visit dermatologist once and get it examined. You should go for derma roller session as it will give better effects. Drink plenty of water.
