i have a sentinel tag (anal),noticed around 2 months back. however i dont have any bowel alterations , no bleed PR. only thing is it irritates me( itching sensation). what problems i could be in? is it always a warning signal for something grave?

Sentinel tag is external hemorrhoid around the anus. Usually, it is giving minor discomfort, itching or pain during defecation in a varying number of cases. It is not a grave condition sign from anyway. Just manage to have regular soft stools for better results with sitz bath on a regular basis.
