What Product Is Best For External Hemorrhoids?
What product is best for external hemorrhoids? I have used prep H wipes with witch hazel, hydrocortizone cream, recticare with lidocaine cream and suppositories. They diminish in size but don t go away. They don t bother me but I would like to get rid of them.

Hi.
As per your case history of external hemorrhoids, my treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables. Avoid spicy foods.
2. Do regular exercise to prevent constipation.
3. Apply a calcium dobisilate cream like Osil cream twice a day.
4. Other treatment options are oral calcium dobisilate, surgical treatment done by a general surgeon.
