What Prognosis Is Recommended For An Irregular Heartbeat While Having Anxiety?
Sir,my heartbeat suddenly becomes fast sometimes and I also feel subconscious.....there is some missing heartbeat in my ECG report....local doctor told me that you have suffering from anxiety disorder.is this true or I have to consult cardiologist immediately or not?

anxiety can cause such situations. but it is always to consult a specialist as anxiety disorders are diagnosis of exclusion. if your cardiologist clears your ECG, then you should practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to control anxiety.
