Hi, 57 yrs old female pt presented with lower back pain that radiated to RT lower limb with very sever pain when walking with past medical history of HT with this MRI Loss of the LS spinal lordosis(spasm) decrease in SI of the IVD at the level of L2/L3 L3/L4 L4/L5&L5/S1 sign of anterior thecal sac indentation at the same levels above due to posterior bulging of the IVD lead to complete cut al L4/5 on mylogam study What the treatment please
