Hello Doctor, I am a 40 years old Vegetarian. I exercise with weights and have a good build, however, I do not take any protein in the form of non vegetarian food. I weigh 100 Kgs and am 6 ft 1 inch tall. I have a bit of flab around the stomach and I have recently started Cardios along with Weight training.
