I would suggest you to continue taking anti allergics like Levocetrizine, take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen in place of Nimesulide, take decongestant like Pseudoephadrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol, do warm saline, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.. You can chew Vitamin C pellet as it helps in boosting immunity and relieving symptoms soon.. You should avoid chilled foods.. Drink plenty of warm water and other warm fluids..
