Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
You have not mentioned that since how many days or months you are having this pain. My suggestion to you is take help of a physiotherapist and apply hot water fomentation, intermittent cervical traction and neck muscle strengthening exercises. Apart from medication which you are taking you should also take muscle relaxant like myoril or myospaz as well. Diclofenec gel will also give you pain relief.
