What Relieves The Pain In Swollen Left Leg Calf In A Diabetic?

I have a swollen left leg calf with pain. I am taking 500 fluoxacillian 4 casuals a day. The pain at night becomes severe. I keep feet elevated. Please help to resolve this. I am diabetic controlled by medformin have high blood pressure , and cholesterol Please help.

Dear sir / Mam

thanx for asking. Reading your question I can see that you have
Diabetes , Hypertension and Dyslipidaemia.
- you didn't mention your age or the duration of diabetes ..
- you didn't mention the duration of your symptoms?
- Are you having fever ?
- Does the Pain increase on walking ?
- Are you on any other medications apart from Diabetes/ cholesterol/ hypertension

Left calf Pain / Swelling can be due to a condition called Deep vein thrombosis( DVT) -

you are having many risk factors which favour te tendency to the formation of clots in your body which itself can lead to other conditions related to heart like MI / strokes .if its DVT/ can lead to the dislodging of clot and blocking your pulmonary artery

So , consult your local doctor soon and rule out DVT by doing a DOPPLER of legs ...
