What S Causing Pain On Right Side Of The Back, A Little Above Waist Which Hurts On Pressing But Feels Better To Press When Coughing?

I have pain on my right side a little above my waist towards the back side. It also hurts to press it (feels a bit like a lump) but feels better to press it when I cough. What could this be? Worse if I m laying on my left side and start to cough...

The pain you are describing looks to be of pleural origin. However what goes against the diagnosis is the feeling of the lump. I strongly advice you to approach a physician and get a chest X ray done as soon as possible.
