my doctor advised me to take a follicular scan. on day 9 my right ovary follicular diam is 9.8, 8.8 and left ovary follicular diam is 5.5, 7.6. endometrial thickness is 8.4. on day 11 my right ovar follicular is 6.5, 5.3 and right follicular is 5.7, 2.6 is this normal as the diam has decreased?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Based on the follicular scan report you have enclosed, it is suggesting that the maturation of follicles seems to be not that impressive. The progression is not very satisfactory. Probably, it needs to be evaluated further and you may need ovulation induction drugs for proper maturation of follicles and release of ovum in time. Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
