What Should I Care For Before Conception To Avoid Miscarriages And Ectopic Pregnancies?
I am 34 and I have had 2 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy previously. After this, we gave up on trying to conceive for a while. We are now trying again and have been since July. What are some things that I can do to facilitate successful conception?
Hi, Thanks for consulting us. You should plan to see a good Obstetrician pre-pregnancy & have a full health check-up. Doctor will evaluate your history & examine you in detail & can then tell you what can be done to improve the outcome. In general try to improve your general health. Attain normal BMI. Optimize control & treatment of any medical problem you have ( Consult a physician for help). Book with a consultant Obstetrician as soon as you conceive. Have an early ultrasound to make sure pregnancy is intrauterine. Pay regular visits during pregnancy & last but not the least follow each & every advise of your doctor & hope for the best. Wish you good luck.
