What Should I Do About A Hard Elongated Lump From The Sinus Down Towards A Tooth?
I have periondontitis and a fractured tooth from a bad job of filling a cavity in the cuspid. I know notice a hard elongated lump from sinus down toward the tooth. It was liquid about a month ago but has turned solid. Now i see on my upper gum the lump with a white head to it at one spot. No pain. I tried to pop it but very slight liquid and blood is all do you know anything?
It can be a periapical abscess. Bacteria might have invaded your dental pulp. Do not worry just visit a dental clinic and get an IOPAR of that respective tooth done. Please follow medication Rx Amoxiclav 625mg (twice daily after food 12 hourly), Pan40 (empty stomach morning) and Zerodol SP (if you suffers from pain).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
