What Should I Do About A Missing Condom After Intercourse?

I had sex about 5 days ago and the condom had "fell off". He said he didn't take it off but it was no where on the bed and I have been checking inside myself to see if i could fish it out and nothing seems to be there. I don't want to have to go to the emergency room for this because of the embarrassment. What should i do?

Normal Sexual Intercourse is Vaginal, so if the Condom has slipped it should be in the Vagina. It is very, very unlikely to enter the Uterus under normal circumstances. If you can't feel anything in your vagina with your washed hands, lying on your back, with your knees folded, don't be alarmed. Wait for 3-7 days. If you start noticing any lower abdomen pain, foul discharge discharge otherwise or urinary symptoms it would be absolutely necessary to see a Gynaecologist early.
