Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative of infection. You are advised to take care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly. Keep your private area clean and dry. Wear soft cotton clothes. To get rid of itching, apply ointment
hydrocortisone on the area affected. Cold compression and taking antihistamine at bedtime also helps to get rid of itching and symptoms of allergy.
You can apply ointment
clotrimazole on the area affected around the scrotum as the symptoms are suggestive of joch itch, a
fungal infection. Taking a course of antifungal medicines orally will be helpful. You can apply a thin layer of the ointment hydrocortisone on the rashes to prevent itching.
Since your bladder feels hot you are suggested to get clinically examined by a
urologist, get a urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to rule out
urinary tract infection. If report is detected positive you will be treated with antibiotic. If sexually active, you are advised to avoid any sexual activity while you are being treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
