Hello,

TB medicines are very strong, take home made nutritious food and high protein diet. Your symptoms can occur due to vitamin and mineral deficiency along with weakness. Therefore, take food rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Small cups of gooseberry juice three times a day for 2-3 months. You will feel better.

Take food good for hair and cut your hair short, keep your scalp and hair oiled with almond oil or coconut oil. Shampoo it on alternate date. Use herbal shampoo. You can take multivitamin capsules as a supplement too. Take food rich in iron and minerals to lighten the dark circles.

Dark circles also get reduced when you take quality sleep and stay away from stress, both emotionally and physically. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Do regular exercises and walking for better blood circulation. Since you have cough, get re-tested to confirm you do not need medicines as you had been suffering from TB for 2 years.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
