What Should I Do About The Sinking Of Facial Muscles On One Side?

Hi doc. I have two days that my right face has follow down . I can t controll my right side of face. I have visited a neurologist and taken an RMI - RMI was ok. I am on medication on prednizolon , acycoclar, and nemeridin for 3 days. I thinks it is bell,s palsy. What should I do for my falling face ????

Hi,

It should be Bells palsy. When MRI is okay, there is no need to worry. It is better to continue Prednisolone and Acyclovir for 7 days more. It will take bit more to come back. It will be wise to start the physiotherapy for facial paralysis.
