Constant Blockage In Ear With Pressure, Eases On Clicking The Jaw. Cause And Remedy?
Hi, I have an ongoing problem whereby my ears feel constanty blocked, as though there is pressure there. I am getting some relief but involves me havving to constantly click my jaw, to the point here my facial muscles are aching- its almost become like a twitch of the facial muscles at this point. I ve been this way for about two weeks now. chris
thanks for your query, the feature what you r presenting looks like you have temporomandibular joint disorder (jaw joint), there will be a soft tissue between two jaw bones it provides a cushioning like effect..when this get displaced you will be having difficulty in opening the mouth, clicking sound and muscle around the joint will be painful.. you need to undergo some radiographic investigations like ortopantomograph and TMJ views... consult a dental surgeon for needful... i hope my answer would help you.. wish you speedy recovery..
