What Should I Do As Having Itching Problem At Both Sides Of Nose?
hello doctor, i have itching problem at both sides of my nose during bed. By morning i found rashes at bothsides and it leeds to black spots. My doctor suggested me to use momate cream in day time and melalite plus in night time. Is this creams are usefull and in how many days they can cure my black spots. I have a interview in coming four days and these spots made my face ugly. Hence i humbly request you to suggest me on my email YYYY@YYYY .

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itching problem at both sides of nose which seems to be due to irritation, skin alleregic reaction and clogged pores of sebaceous glands of skin with dead bacteria leading to seborrheic dermatitis. I would suggest you to apply tea tree oil on this area and apply cream called Eumosone -M two times a day for a 5 day period and then stop after 2-3 days. You should go for scrubbing once in a week. You should keep that area moisturized. Apply aloe vera gel on it. You should drink plenty of water , avoid applying ant cosmetic product and take over the counter anti histamine like zyrtec. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with anti inflammatory or anti fungal.
