What Should I Do For Hair Fall After Recovering From Dengue?

Sir, I have recovered from dengue.Its been almost 2 months now and I am facing severe hair loss problem. I am taking follihair tablets and vitamin E capsules through self medication. I have started practising yoga in order to control my hairfall. But nothing seems to help...Please advise.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Biotin causes hair growth.
It is one of the component of hair building unit.
It also promotes utilization of proteins by hair.
Use minoxidil along with biotin.
Its a good treatment.
Apart from this you can also use tab androanagen.
Regarding food you can take any diet rich in protein.
Also you can wash hair daily.
Washing wont cause hair fall.
