Why your family friend feels that you have mild ADD?
If you do not get any disturbances secondarily the symptoms mentioned by your friend that are suggestive of ADD, nothing to worrry.
If you have disturbaces with that do meditation, relaxation, see for changes.
If not getting benefit consult psychiatrist at your place.
