Since you have yeast infection. You are suggested to avoid sex for a couple of days, they are not contagious but sexual contact sometimes lead to yeast infections. Take care of your personal hygiene. Wash your clothes in warm water frequently. You can take orally, a course of anti-fungals (Fluconazole or Secnil Forte). You can apply anti fungal ointments like Clotrimazole or Miconazole in the area affected.
Do not scratch. Take regular bath with warm water, keep the affected area dry and cool. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Fungus infection grows in sweaty, warm skin. Keep the affected area dry and clean. Always perform protective sex to stay on the safer side.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
