What Should I Do For The Droopy Eye Lid With Loose Muscle Tissue Around The Eye?

I have a droppy eye lid and lose of musle tissue around my eye and the area beetween eye right and ear what could be cause it.My MRI come out normal i noticed this in 2000 but but has become wors in the last six years your response will be highly appreicated
