Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
The indentation appear to be due to the thrombosis of the large vein of the arm. As the thrombus stay become longer and cause pressure on the surrounding nerves and other tissues.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a color dopler for confirmation of the diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good blood and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
